Holiday Survival Strategies

Now that Halloween is over with, we're all gearing up for the holidays ahead. Even though I know it's coming, I'm still taken by surprise when holiday season actually starts. Starbucks served me coffee in one of their holiday cups today and I almost had a mini panic attack!

So, if a Starbucks coffee cup can get me in a panic, imagine what the holidays can do to someone who is dealing with a life-limiting illness or someone who has just lost a loved one.

I've put together some survival strategies for getting through the holidays. Take a deep breath, take a look at the strategies, and most importantly, give yourself a break this year.
