What Will Obama's Health Plan Look Like?

Now that Obama has officially won the election, I'm becoming very interested in what his universal health plan will look like. While I love the idea of health care coverage for everyone, I'm very suspicious of government run health care. I was worried that the Obama camp would try a hostile take over of all the private insurance companies and nationalize all of our hospitals (okay, so I let my imagination run wild). Luckily, that's not the plan at all.
