Honoring Loved Ones during the Holiday Season

Monday November 24, 2008
The holidays can be a difficult time for those who have lost a loved one. Many hospice agencies and community grief centers offer ways to honor our loved ones this time of year. Holiday ornaments, tree lighting ceremonies, and candle lighting ceremonies are just some of the ways that we can remember and celebrate our loved ones.

If your hospice agency, palliative care center, or grief center is offering ways to honor the dead during the holiday season, I'd love to know about it. I'll work to compose a listing of programs with the information you send me.
